首個大型熱膜耦合海水淡化項目正式供水
據《2019-2024年(nian)中國海水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)淡(dan)化行(xing)業(ye)市場深度研(yan)究及發展前景投資(zi)可行(xing)性分析報告》表示(shi),海水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)淡(dan)化即利用(yong)海水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)脫鹽(yan)生產淡(dan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),是實現水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資(zi)源開源增(zeng)量的重要方式,可以增(zeng)加淡(dan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)總量,且不(bu)受時空和氣候影響,保障沿(yan)海居民飲(yin)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)和工業(ye)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等穩定(ding)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),已(yi)成為解決全球水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資(zi)源危(wei)機的重要途徑。
近日(ri),由賽諾成套實施的(de)首鋼京唐二期膜(mo)法海(hai)(hai)水(shui)淡(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)系(xi)統正式(shi)投產(chan)供水(shui)。該(gai)膜(mo)法海(hai)(hai)水(shui)淡(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)系(xi)統使用(yong)(yong)熱(re)法低溫多效海(hai)(hai)水(shui)淡(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)的(de)濃鹽水(shui)作為水(shui)源進行二次淡(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua),充分利用(yong)(yong)了海(hai)(hai)水(shui)溫度、減少(shao)預處理并大幅提高海(hai)(hai)水(shui)回收率(lv),是國內首個投產(chan)運(yun)行的(de)大型熱(re)膜(mo)耦合海(hai)(hai)水(shui)淡(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)項目。
項目前(qian)期(qi)賽諾(nuo)聯合首鋼針(zhen)對(dui)該創新(xin)熱膜(mo)耦合系統進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)了為(wei)期(qi)一年的中試(shi),全(quan)方位全(quan)過程對(dui)系統的水質、水量、鹽量、溫度進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模擬測試(shi),并結合不同(tong)品牌和型(xing)號膜(mo)產(chan)品進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)對(dui)比測試(shi),以確保系統安全(quan)穩定可靠。同(tong)時針(zhen)對(dui)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過程能耗進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)計算,測試(shi)結果顯示該系統可大(da)幅降低運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成本,具有(you)顯著的經(jing)濟效益。
該項(xiang)目所在渤(bo)海灣(wan)冬(dong)季海水(shui)(shui)溫度較低(di)(di)(di)(最低(di)(di)(di)可(ke)(ke)低(di)(di)(di)于-2℃),在不對海水(shui)(shui)進行(xing)預熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)情況下,維持膜法(fa)海水(shui)(shui)淡(dan)化(hua)產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)量恒(heng)定(ding),需(xu)要增加(jia)高壓泵的(de)(de)(de)揚程,將(jiang)導致膜法(fa)電耗大幅增加(jia)。熱(re)膜耦合系統共用(yong)(yong)(yong)取排水(shui)(shui)設(she)施,減少取排水(shui)(shui)投資及運行(xing)費用(yong)(yong)(yong),充分利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)法(fa)海水(shui)(shui)淡(dan)化(hua)濃鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)余熱(re),較好的(de)(de)(de)解決了渤(bo)海灣(wan)冬(dong)季(11月至次年(nian)3月)海水(shui)(shui)溫度低(di)(di)(di)影(ying)響膜法(fa)正常(chang)產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題,同時減少熱(re)法(fa)濃鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)熱(re)量排放,可(ke)(ke)實現能源(yuan)高效利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong),系統進一步提升(sheng)濃鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)含(han)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)量,為(wei)后(hou)續海水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)化(hua)綜合利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)奠定(ding)堅實基礎,后(hou)續單元可(ke)(ke)進一步生產(chan)(chan)高附加(jia)值的(de)(de)(de)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)化(hua)工(gong)產(chan)(chan)品。為(wei)提高系統靈活性,該膜法(fa)海水(shui)(shui)淡(dan)化(hua)還(huan)可(ke)(ke)切換使用(yong)(yong)(yong)原(yuan)海水(shui)(shui)或原(yuan)海水(shui)(shui)與(yu)濃鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)混配(pei)作為(wei)水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)。
該膜法海水淡化中超(chao)濾(lv)系統采用賽諾自主(zhu)研發生產(chan)(chan)的TIPS法中空纖維(wei)超(chao)濾(lv)膜產(chan)(chan)品(pin),確(que)保產(chan)(chan)水SDI值滿(man)足后續(xu)反滲(shen)透設備(bei)的進水要(yao)求,使反滲(shen)透設備(bei)具備(bei)更高(gao)的抗污染能力和更長的耐(nai)藥洗周(zhou)期。
