南京地湖有機污染物生物有效性研究方面取得進展
隨著經濟、社會的快速發展,國內外(wai)眾(zhong)多淡水湖泊(bo)及(ji)其水源(yuan)地受(shou)到了不同(tong)程(cheng)度的有機物(wu)污染,嚴重(zhong)影響了飲用(yong)水及(ji)湖泊(bo)生態系統的安全。生物(wu)有效(xiao)性是表征污染物(wu)生態風險的重(zhong)要指標之(zhi)一。近年來,生物(wu)有效(xiao)性相關研究(jiu)備受(shou)關注。
在國家(jia)自(zi)然科(ke)學(xue)基金“含水生(sheng)(sheng)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)脂半(ban)透(tou)膜被(bei)動(dong)采樣(yang)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)制及(ji)其(qi)在湖(hu)(hu)(hu)泊(bo)水源(yuan)地(di)有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)位監測和(he)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)效性(xing)(xing)(xing)研(yan)究中的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用”(21121107118)等(deng)項目的(de)(de)(de)(de)資助(zhu)下,中國科(ke)學(xue)院南(nan)京(jing)地(di)理(li)(li)與(yu)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)泊(bo)研(yan)究所陶玉強博士等(deng)利(li)用仿(fang)生(sheng)(sheng)半(ban)透(tou)膜被(bei)動(dong)采樣(yang)技(ji)術(三油酸(suan)甘油酯醋酸(suan)纖維素(su)復合(he)膜),深入開(kai)展了(le)安徽省南(nan)漪湖(hu)(hu)(hu)沉積物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)巖(yan)心(xin)(xin)中多(duo)環芳烴百年時間尺(chi)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)效性(xing)(xing)(xing)及(ji)其(qi)相關(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)理(li)(li)研(yan)究。與(yu)傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)化學(xue)提取(qu)、銅銹環棱(leng)螺培養等(deng)方法(fa)相比,仿(fang)生(sheng)(sheng)半(ban)透(tou)膜被(bei)動(dong)采樣(yang)技(ji)術具有(you)(you)準(zhun)確、操作(zuo)簡單,無需前處理(li)(li),節省試(shi)劑和(he)時間,可(ke)(ke)避免生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)培養易死亡、物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)種差異大、生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)降(jiang)解,對沉積物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)質(zhi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)變化靈敏等(deng)眾(zhong)多(duo)優點;研(yan)究借(jie)助(zhu)傅里葉變化紅(hong)外光譜(pu)和(he)紫外-可(ke)(ke)見光譜(pu)解析(xi)了(le)沉積物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)巖(yan)心(xin)(xin)中有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)質(zhi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)隨埋藏(zang)時間的(de)(de)(de)(de)變化規(gui)律(lv),結合(he)沉積物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)巖(yan)心(xin)(xin)中黑炭(black carbon)分析(xi),并通過有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)質(zhi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)隨埋藏(zang)時間的(de)(de)(de)(de)變化規(gui)律(lv)與(yu)沉積物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)巖(yan)心(xin)(xin)中生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)效性(xing)(xing)(xing)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)耦合(he)關(guan)(guan)系,揭示了(le)沉積物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)巖(yan)心(xin)(xin)中有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)質(zhi)隨埋藏(zang)時間的(de)(de)(de)(de)增加而引起的(de)(de)(de)(de)芳香性(xing)(xing)(xing)增強,是導致沉積物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)巖(yan)心(xin)(xin)自(zi)上而下生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)效性(xing)(xing)(xing)逐(zhu)漸降(jiang)低(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要原(yuan)因;探討了(le)不同(tong)理(li)(li)化性(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)百年時間尺(chi)度(du)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)效性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)差異及(ji)其(qi)相關(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)理(li)(li)。

這是陶玉(yu)強(qiang)博士等人(ren)繼首次(ci)將(jiang)含脂半(ban)透膜被(bei)動(dong)(dong)采樣(yang)技術應用于土壤介(jie)質(Water Research, 2008, 42, 754-762; Environmental Pollution, 2009, 157, 545-551)及有(you)(you)(you)機污(wu)染(ran)(ran)物(wu)(wu)對植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)生物(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)性(xing)(xing)研究(Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2008, 56, 10817-10823)之后,再次(ci)首次(ci)在國際上(shang)將(jiang)被(bei)動(dong)(dong)采樣(yang)技術應用到(dao)有(you)(you)(you)機污(wu)染(ran)(ran)物(wu)(wu)百年時間(jian)尺度(du)的(de)(de)生物(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)性(xing)(xing)研究,拓展了(le)被(bei)動(dong)(dong)采樣(yang)技術的(de)(de)應用領(ling)域,促進了(le)對野(ye)外大時間(jian)尺度(du)生物(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)認識,為生物(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)性(xing)(xing)研究提供了(le)有(you)(you)(you)力的(de)(de)借鑒(jian)方法。
