企業發展廢棄物衍生燃料之策略分析
近年能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)短(duan)(duan)缺以及(ji)全(quan)(quan)球溫(wen)(wen)室(shi)效應日趨嚴重(zhong)(zhong),全(quan)(quan)球能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)使用上面臨(lin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)耗(hao)(hao)竭(jie)(jie)與(yu)溫(wen)(wen)室(shi)效應兩大(da)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)因此各國(guo)(guo)尋找(zhao)替(ti)代能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)以解(jie)決這兩大(da)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),其(qi)中再生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)間發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)。本(ben)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)應用Weihrich(1982)所提出(chu)之TOWS 分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方法,針對(dui)(dui)企業發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)廢棄(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)衍(yan)(yan)生(sheng)燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)(liao)(Refuse Derived Fuel, RDF)進(jin)行(xing)策(ce)(ce)略分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)與探(tan)討(tao)(tao),并以(yi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)實際(ji)(ji)個案(an)公(gong)司發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)廢棄(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)衍(yan)(yan)生(sheng)燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)(liao)專案(an),說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)此(ci)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)方法之(zhi)運(yun)用(yong)(yong)。經(jing)由個案(an)公司(si)(si)分(fen)析顯(xian)示,此(ci)一(yi)方(fang)法(fa)發展之(zhi)策(ce)略,可(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)個案(an)公司(si)(si)達成(cheng)(cheng)下(xia)列(lie)經(jing)濟(ji)效益: 1.個案(an)公司(si)(si)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)RDF 與既(ji)有(you)燃煤(mei)(mei)鍋爐(lu)混燒(shao)(shao)使(shi)(shi)用(yong),除可(ke)(ke)降(jiang)低(di)廢棄(qi)物(wu)(wu)處理成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben),亦(yi)可(ke)(ke)當(dang)作煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan)(tan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)替代(dai)品,降(jiang)低(di)地(di)(di)球(qiu)環(huan)境(jing)污(wu)染(ran)及(ji)節(jie)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan)(tan)采購(gou)(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)本; 2.個案(an)(an)公司(si)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)節(jie)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)15,558 萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)/年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu)處理(li)費(fei),亦(yi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)節(jie)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)15,370 萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)/年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan)(tan)采購(gou)(gou),合(he)(he)計可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)達到30,928 萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)/年,證明(ming)投資成效卓(zhuo)越。
