電鍍混合廢水回用技術探討
摘 要:離(li)子(zi)交(jiao)換法處理電鍍(du)混合廢水是一種較為實(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)回用(yong)(yong)技術。針(zhen)對其(qi)處理工(gong)藝流程、運轉條件及離(li)子(zi)交(jiao)換法的(de)優(you)點與問題進(jin)行了討(tao)論,并介紹了國外最(zui)近(jin)提出的(de)電鍍(du)用(yong)(yong)水水質要求。
電鍍(du)(du)混(hun)合廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中含有(you)酸、堿、氰(qing)化物、鉻酸、重金屬鹽(yan)類等。這些有(you)害和有(you)毒物質隨(sui)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排出會(hui)對自然環(huan)境造成嚴重威脅,防(fang)止水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)體被(bei)污染的最佳途徑是(shi)使廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)實現閉路循環(huan),即設計一種電鍍(du)(du)無排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統。人(ren)們在進(jin)行(xing)電鍍(du)(du)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治理的實踐(jian)中發現,離子交換法處理電鍍(du)(du)混(hun)合廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)是(shi)一種較(jiao)為實用的回用技術,它(ta)不僅可使廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回用率達90%以上(shang),而且使回用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質達到了脫鹽(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質標(biao)準,從而提高(gao)了鍍(du)(du)件的漂洗(xi)質量。
1 電鍍行業(ye)的(de)水質要求
為(wei)(wei)使制(zhi)品(pin)達到美觀、防止(zhi)腐蝕以及滿(man)足各(ge)種特殊防護要(yao)求,通常需對制(zhi)品(pin)進(jin)行電(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)。電(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)工(gong)藝流程一(yi)般為(wei)(wei)3個工(gong)序,即預處理(li)(除銹、去污、脫油、初洗(xi))、電(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)和水(shui)洗(xi)。電(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)用水(shui)基本上分為(wei)(wei)兩(liang)類:一(yi)類為(wei)(wei)配制(zhi)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)液用水(shui),另一(yi)類為(wei)(wei)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)件(jian)(jian)清(qing)洗(xi)用水(shui)。配制(zhi)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)液用水(shui)的(de)水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)與鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)種、工(gong)藝特點和產品(pin)功(gong)能要(yao)求關系密切(qie),因水(shui)中某些雜質(zhi)(zhi)會(hui)影(ying)響鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)件(jian)(jian)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)層的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量,也會(hui)影(ying)響電(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)過(guo)程,所以各(ge)國都一(yi)致規定應(ying)采用脫鹽(yan)水(shui)。但(dan)清(qing)洗(xi)用水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)可根(gen)據各(ge)種鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)件(jian)(jian)的(de)要(yao)求,采取相應(ying)的(de)水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)標準,例(li)如:
(1)自來水(電(dian)導率為(wei)250 ~ 1 000μS/cm25℃),適用于預處理和中間處理及不重(zhong)要的電(dian)鍍(du)過程(氰化鍍(du)銅(tong)、鍍(du)鋅及磷(lin)酸處理);
(2)脫鹽水(電導率為(wei)5~100μS/cm,25℃),適用(yong)于大多數電鍍過程,這種水要求去除有機(ji)物、表面活性物質;
(3)完(wan)全脫鹽水(電導率為≤2μS/cm,25℃),專用于(yu)重要的電鍍工序,如貴重金(jin)屬電鍍、半(ban)導體技(ji)術等。
