煤礦生活污水處理站改造工程的設計
銅川礦(kuang)(kuang)務(wu)局陳家山煤礦(kuang)(kuang)在20世紀70年(nian)代(dai)設(she)計 初期(qi)時,設(she)計單位對該礦(kuang)(kuang)的生活污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)也作了充(chong) 分的考慮,設(she)計了完整的生活污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統.并建(jian)(jian)設(she) 了設(she)計規(gui)(gui)模為470 mS/d的生活污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)系統.后(hou)由 于(yu)煤礦(kuang)(kuang)職工數(shu)量的增(zeng)加.污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)站(zhan)不能滿足處(chu)理(li)(li) 要求,于(yu)1996年(nian)將污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)站(zhan)擴建(jian)(jian)到(dao)l 200 m3/d。 且運行正常。隨著煤礦(kuang)(kuang)規(gui)(gui)模的擴大.污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)排放(fang)量增(zeng) 大到(dao)1 800 m3/d,已經超過了污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)站(zhan)的處(chu)理(li)(li)規(gui)(gui) 模,因(yin)此必須增(zeng)加新(xin)的污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)設(she)備(bei)以(yi)擴大污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu) 理(li)(li)站(zhan)的規(gui)(gui)模。
1設計要求和水質
1.1 污水水量
根據建設方提(ti)供的資料,生活(huo)污(wu)水的排放量 在l 800 m3/d,因此本次(ci)生活(huo)污(wu)水站(zhan)改(gai)擴建的規模 是1 800 m3/d
1.2進水水質
根據陳家山煤(mei)礦生(sheng)(sheng)活污(wu)水的實際情況,并參考 其他居民小(xiao)區生(sheng)(sheng)活污(wu)水的水質。測算生(sheng)(sheng)活污(wu)水設計(ji) 進水水質,見表1。
1.3 出水水質
處理后(hou)出水水質(zhi)要求全部達到GB 8978-1996《污水綜合排放標準(zhun)》中一級排放標準(zhun)及《雜用水水質(zhi)標準(zhun)》,見表(biao)2。
1.4生活污水處理情況
根據(ju)上(shang)述進(jin)水(shui)水(shui)質指標和出水(shui)水(shui)質要求.相應(ying) 的處理(li)后對(dui)污(wu)水(shui)中主(zhu)要污(wu)染物的去除(chu)率為:COD0≥ 87.5%,BOD5I>95.O%,SS≥96.0%,NH3一N≥80.0%。
2處理工藝選擇
2.1污水處理工藝
按照(zhao)設(she)計要(yao)(yao)求,生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)經(jing)(jing)處(chu)理(li)后出水(shui)(shui)達到(dao)雜用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)標(biao)準,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)“零排放”,處(chu)理(li)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于廠區 和生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)灑掃和綠化(hua)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui),所以處(chu)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝分兩部 分:第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)部分是生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)理(li)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是將污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)通 過(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)法(fa)處(chu)理(li)消毒后,可(ke)達到(dao)《污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)綜(zong)合(he)(he)排放標(biao)準》; 第(di)(di)二(er)部分是深(shen)(shen)度(du)處(chu)理(li)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是將第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)部分 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)品水(shui)(shui)經(jing)(jing)過(guo)澄(cheng)清、過(guo)濾,可(ke)達到(dao)《雜用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)標(biao) 準》。具體各單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝流(liu)程介紹如下: 第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)部分(生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)理(li)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)):本單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)在現(xian)(xian)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng) 活(huo)(huo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)站內就有(you),其工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝流(liu)程是調節(jie)池(chi)(chi)(chi)+水(shui)(shui)解 池(chi)(chi)(chi)+缺(que)氧池(chi)(chi)(chi)+好氧池(chi)(chi)(chi)十二(er)沉(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)+消毒池(chi)(chi)(chi),而(er)且(qie)長(chang)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi) 踐證(zheng)明,其工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝可(ke)行,處(chu)理(li)后出水(shui)(shui)也能(neng)達標(biao),只是由 于排污(wu)(wu)(wu)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加,超(chao)出了污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)站的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理(li)能(neng)力.因 此(ci)需要(yao)(yao)增(zeng)加一(yi)(yi)套設(she)備,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝仍(reng)沿用(yong)(yong)(yong)現(xian)(xian)有(you)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)站 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。 第(di)(di)二(er)部分(深(shen)(shen)度(du)處(chu)理(li)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)):根據經(jing)(jing)驗并進(jin)行綜(zong) 合(he)(he)比較,決定深(shen)(shen)度(du)處(chu)理(li)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)澄(cheng)清+過(guo)濾的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式。 此(ci)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝非(fei)常成(cheng)熟可(ke)靠,且(qie)長(chang)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)踐證(zheng)明,該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝運 行穩定,出水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)有(you)保障,能(neng)達到(dao)《生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)雜用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi) 標(biao)準》中具備綠化(hua)灑掃功(gong)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)。
2.2污泥處理工藝
污(wu)泥(ni)處理采用污(wu)泥(ni)濃縮池+廂式壓濾(lv)機的工藝,經壓濾(lv)后的泥(ni)餅含(han)水率在(zai)85%左右(you),可運出填(tian) 埋或堆肥。
2.3 工藝流程
經過技術(shu)經濟比較.本設(she)計(ji)處理工藝流(liu)程如圖1 所示。
