天津某大豆生產企業大豆綜合加工能力為150×104 t/a,排放廢水主要包括油脂精煉車間排放的堿煉洗滌廢水(150 m3/d)和油浸出車間排放的廢水(770 m3/d),具體水質指標見表1。為了提高廢水綜合利用效率,擬投資680萬元建設廢水回收再利用工程,設計規模為1 500 m3/a。建設內容包括二級處理和深度處理工程兩部分:二級處理工程內容包括調節池、水解酸化池、接觸氧化池、浮渣池、沉淀池、鼓風機房、污水泵房等,占地面積約1 617 m2。深度處理工程內容包括集水池、曝氣生物濾池、中間水池、反洗水池、風機房、消毒間等,占地面積約105m2。最終出水執(zhi)行《城市污水再生利用工業用水水質》(GB/T 19923--2005)中(zhong)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)用水敞開式循環冷(leng)卻(que)(que)水系(xi)統補充水標準。
