不同過濾介質對PM2.5過濾性能與效果

測定了不同孔(kong)徑結構的(de)無紡布(bu)和聚偏氟(fu)乙烯(xi)(PVDF)微濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)膜(mo)電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)(yun)前(qian)后對(dui)ParticulateMatter2.5(PM2.5)的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)性能(neng),研究了材(cai)料的(de)孔(kong)徑與(yu)結構、過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)氣流量、電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)(yun)放電(dian)(dian)對(dui)PM2.5過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)效率的(de)影響。結果(guo)表明,聚酯無紡布(bu)和PVDF微濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)膜(mo)對(dui)PM2.5的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)性能(neng)差別較(jiao)大,電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)(yun)放電(dian)(dian)處理(li)技術能(neng)有效提高(gao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質對(dui)PM2.5的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)效率。過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質有效過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積為(wei)(wei)10.2cm2、過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)氣流量為(wei)(wei)4L/min時,克(ke)重數(shu)為(wei)(wei)50g/m2的(de)聚酯無紡布(bu)電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)(yun)處理(li)后對(dui)PM2.5的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)效率為(wei)(wei)77%,過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓降(jiang)為(wei)(wei)2.3kPa;而(er)孔(kong)徑分布(bu)為(wei)(wei)0.7~1.0μm的(de)PVDF微濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)膜(mo)電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)(yun)(yun)處理(li)后對(dui)PM2.5的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)效率達到99.79%,過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓降(jiang)為(wei)(wei)2.2kPa,具備了高(gao)效低阻的(de)性能(neng)。
