鐵碳微電解與微生物共作用降解BDE-209
摘要:
BDE-209是世界上(shang)應(ying)用(yong)最(zui)為(wei)廣(guang)泛的溴(xiu)代阻(zu)燃(ran)劑之一,同時也是環(huan)境介質中(zhong)(zhong)普遍存在的一類(lei)強(qiang)親脂(zhi)性(xing)、高(gao)生(sheng)物累積(ji)性(xing)的持(chi)久性(xing)有機(ji)污染(ran)物.鑒于(yu)其(qi)生(sheng)物難降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)解(jie)(jie)特性(xing),嘗試采用(yong)鐵(tie)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)微(wei)電解(jie)(jie)技術(shu)強(qiang)化其(qi)微(wei)生(sheng)物降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)解(jie)(jie).研究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong),首先采用(yong)單因素實(shi)驗確定了(le)反應(ying)體系(xi)(xi)的鐵(tie)粉最(zui)佳投加量(0.1g)及最(zui)佳的鐵(tie)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)比(1:1),進(jin)而(er)探討了(le)鐵(tie)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)微(wei)電解(jie)(jie)體系(xi)(xi)促進(jin)BDE-209脫溴(xiu)的降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)解(jie)(jie)機(ji)制(zhi).鐵(tie)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)微(wei)電解(jie)(jie)體系(xi)(xi)處理BDE-209時,體系(xi)(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)pH及ORP值有明顯的波(bo)動,反應(ying)120h后降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)解(jie)(jie)率達(da)(da)53.0%;而(er)鐵(tie)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)微(wei)電解(jie)(jie)體系(xi)(xi)與微(wei)生(sheng)物共(gong)作(zuo)用(yong)體系(xi)(xi)中(zhong)(zhong),120h后BDE-209降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)解(jie)(jie)率可達(da)(da)到77.5%,降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)解(jie)(jie)產物主要為(wei)九(jiu)溴(xiu)、八溴(xiu)以及七溴(xiu)等低(di)溴(xiu)代聯(lian)苯(ben)醚(mi).實(shi)驗結果表明,鐵(tie)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)微(wei)電解(jie)(jie)與微(wei)生(sheng)物共(gong)作(zuo)用(yong)能(neng)夠有效提(ti)高(gao)BDE-209的生(sheng)物降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)解(jie)(jie)效率.
