污泥回流對流化床生物膜—A/O活性污泥耦合工藝的影響研究
摘要:設計一(yi)套流(liu)(liu)化床生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(MBBR)—A/O活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)耦合裝置處(chu)理城鎮(zhen)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),考察了污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)回(hui)流(liu)(liu)對耦合工(gong)藝處(chu)理效率的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),研究(jiu)了系統(tong)中(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜相(xiang)(xiang)和懸(xuan)浮相(xiang)(xiang)微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)在(zai)(zai)有(you)機(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)降(jiang)解(jie)和脫氮反應中(zhong)的(de)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)差(cha)異(yi)。實(shi)驗(yan)結果表(biao)明(ming),當系統(tong)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)COD在(zai)(zai)200~400mg/L,進水(shui)(shui)(shui)氨氮在(zai)(zai)8.0~32.0mg/L,污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)回(hui)流(liu)(liu)比為(wei)1/8時(shi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)力停留時(shi)間為(wei)12.4h,系統(tong)COD去除(chu)率平(ping)(ping)均值達81.4%,TN去除(chu)率平(ping)(ping)均值達70.6%,系統(tong)對較難降(jiang)解(jie)城鎮(zhen)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)處(chu)理具(ju)有(you)明(ming)顯的(de)技術優勢(shi)。污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)回(hui)流(liu)(liu)降(jiang)低了生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜相(xiang)(xiang)微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing),而(er)提高了懸(xuan)浮相(xiang)(xiang)微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing),但生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜相(xiang)(xiang)微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)速率仍高于(yu)懸(xuan)浮相(xiang)(xiang)微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)。與(yu)(yu)傳統(tong)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)工(gong)藝相(xiang)(xiang)比,MBBR—A/O活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)耦合工(gong)藝將高活(huo)(huo)(huo)性(xing)(xing)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜引入,使懸(xuan)浮污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)濃度極大降(jiang)低,有(you)助于(yu)減少污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)回(hui)流(liu)(liu)能(neng)耗與(yu)(yu)處(chu)理成本,具(ju)有(you)明(ming)顯應用價值。
