低溫對MBBR、SBR深度處理廢水出水水質的影響

摘要: 比(bi)較(jiao)了低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)下(xia)移(yi)動床(chuang)生物(wu)膜反(fan)應器(qi)(MBBR)與(yu)SBR深度(du)(du)處理低(di)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)(zhi),研究了低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)對(dui)反(fan)應器(qi)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)COD、運(yun)行溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、DO、出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)pH、出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)蛋白質(zhi)(zhi)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。實(shi)驗結果表明(ming):相同曝氣和(he)環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),MBBR比(bi)SBR的(de)運(yun)行溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)0.5~1.5℃,受環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)影(ying)響(xiang)更小;與(yu)常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)相比(bi),低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)反(fan)應器(qi)內DO高(gao)約1.2mg/L;在低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),MBBR容易出(chu)現酸化(hua)現象,SBR的(de)pH保持正常(chang)(chang);低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)MBBR出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)蛋白質(zhi)(zhi)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)高(gao),蛋白質(zhi)(zhi)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)隨溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)變(bian)化(hua)浮動較(jiao)大(da),這(zhe)對(dui)于MBBR出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)造成一定影(ying)響(xiang)。

因溫度對生物個體的生長、繁殖、新陳代謝及生化反應速率的影響,活性污泥法在低溫條件下處理廢水時會表現出較大的不適應性。生物膜法彌補了活性污泥法的很多不足,具有穩定性好、承受有機負荷和水力負荷沖擊能力強、無污泥膨脹、無回流等優點。
