從含鉛鋅煙塵中綜合回收鉛和鋅
摘要:采用(yong)堿浸(jin)出(chu)(chu)-電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)綜合回(hui)收含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)煙塵(chen)中鉛(qian)(qian)和(he)(he)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)。實驗(yan)結果表明,用(yong)NaOH溶液浸(jin)出(chu)(chu)的(de)最佳條件為:浸(jin)出(chu)(chu)溫度70℃,NaOH溶液體積(mL)與煙塵(chen)質量(g)比11,NaOH濃度5mol/L,浸(jin)出(chu)(chu)時間30min。在最佳條件下,鉛(qian)(qian)和(he)(he)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)浸(jin)出(chu)(chu)率均(jun)大(da)(da)于(yu)90%。浸(jin)出(chu)(chu)液過(guo)濾后濾液電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)回(hui)收鉛(qian)(qian),電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)過(guo)程電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)效率為86%,直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)耗為660kw·h(以(yi)每(mei)噸(dun)陰極鉛(qian)(qian)計),鉛(qian)(qian)純(chun)度大(da)(da)于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)95%。電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)鉛(qian)(qian)后溶液經凈化(hua)后,溶液中的(de)鉛(qian)(qian)、銅和(he)(he)鐵幾乎可全部去(qu)除(chu),并去(qu)除(chu)部分(fen)的(de)鎢、錫(xi)和(he)(he)銻。電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)過(guo)程電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)效率為85% ,直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)耗為2500KW·h(以(yi)每(mei)噸(dun)陰極鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)計),鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)純(chun)度大(da)(da)于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)97%。

在有色金屬、貴(gui)金屬冶煉及二次金屬回(hui)收(shou)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)會產生大(da)量含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)鋅煙塵(chen)。這(zhe)些(xie)煙塵(chen)中(zhong)(zhong)鉛(qian)(qian)和鋅的(de)(de)含(han)量較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao),且含(han)有砷(shen)、銻和鉻等(deng)有害成分,簡單堆放(fang)這(zhe)些(xie)煙塵(chen)將會對環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)和人(ren)類健(jian)康(kang)造成很大(da)的(de)(de)危害。另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)面,含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)鋅煙塵(chen)是(shi)生產鉛(qian)(qian)和鋅重要的(de)(de)二次原料,對其進(jin)行(xing)合理的(de)(de)回(hui)收(shou)利用,將會產生較(jiao)(jiao)好的(de)(de)經濟效(xiao)益(yi)和環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)效(xiao)益(yi)。目前(qian),最常(chang)用的(de)(de)含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)鋅煙塵(chen)的(de)(de)處理方(fang)法是(shi)火法,即將其作為煉鉛(qian)(qian)原料與鉛(qian)(qian)精礦進(jin)過(guo)配料后進(jin)行(xing)火法熔(rong)煉,回(hui)收(shou)其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)鉛(qian)(qian),但(dan)該法對鋅的(de)(de)回(hui)收(shou)率較(jiao)(jiao)低,且環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)污染(ran)較(jiao)(jiao)嚴重。濕法工(gong)藝(yi)可回(hui)收(shou)復雜物料中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)多種幾十年,具有回(hui)收(shou)效(xiao)率高(gao)、環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)友好等(deng)優點(dian),因此受到廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)關注。常(chang)用的(de)(de)濕法回(hui)收(shou)工(gong)藝(yi)有酸法和堿(jian)浸出法。
本工(gong)作采用(yong)綜合(he)回收工(gong)藝回收含鉛鋅煙塵中(zhong)的鉛和鋅,考察(cha)了堿浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)過程中(zhong)浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)溫度、浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)時(shi)間、NaOH濃度、NaOH溶液(ye)體積(ji)(mL)與煙塵質(zhi)量(g)比(bi)(以下簡稱液(ye)固比(bi))對鉛和鋅浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)率的影(ying)響,并利用(yong)電(dian)解沉積(ji)法分別回收鉛和鋅。
