廢鉛蓄電池回收鉛與開發黃丹、紅丹以及凈化鉛蒸汽新工藝研究
摘要:簡述了(le)廢鉛(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)電(dian)池回收鉛(qian)(qian)的現(xian)狀和(he)不足,提出了(le)廢鉛(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)電(dian)池再(zai)生鉛(qian)(qian)與開發黃(huang)丹(dan)或(huo)紅丹(dan)以及鉛(qian)(qian)塵、鉛(qian)(qian)蒸汽凈化新工藝(yi),經小(xiao)試和(he)小(xiao)批量生產考核了(le)工藝(yi)流程、優化了(le)技術參數。

1前言
鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)是鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)(de)最大用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶,達總用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)量的(de)(de)(de)85%以上。而每年(nian)廢(fei)(fei)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)產生(sheng)(sheng)量與鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)制(zhi)造量幾乎相等(deng)。全國(guo)2002年(nian)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)量約達30萬(wan)t,也就是說,每年(nian)廢(fei)(fei)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)產生(sheng)(sheng)廢(fei)(fei)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)板柵(zha)、接線聯板和鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)膏達26萬(wan)t。隨(sui)著(zhu)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)、農業(ye)(ye)、國(guo)防工(gong)業(ye)(ye)特別是交通運輸業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)速發展(zhan),鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)量在急(ji)劇(ju)增加,廢(fei)(fei)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)也將越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)多。如不建(jian)立妥善的(de)(de)(de)管理、回收制(zhi)度和科學的(de)(de)(de)再生(sheng)(sheng)技(ji)術,任其(qi)隨(sui)意(yi)拋置或采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)陳舊落后的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝技(ji)術,由(you)此散發出的(de)(de)(de)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)塵(chen)、鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蒸汽、SO2等(deng),將對生(sheng)(sheng)態環境和人體健康造成嚴重影(ying)響以及鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)極大浪費(fei)。這(zhe)方面的(de)(de)(de)實例報道(dao),屢見不鮮。
同時,再生鉛是實施鉛工(gong)業可持續發展戰略(lve)的(de)需(xu)要(yao),其(qi)主要(yao)理由是:
(1)原生(sheng)資(zi)源(鉛(qian)(qian)礦(kuang))不(bu)可再(zai)生(sheng),會(hui)越開越少(shao),而再(zai)生(sheng)資(zi)源在(zai)較(jiao)長時(shi)期內,會(hui)隨鉛(qian)(qian)消費量的增加而增加,為保證(zheng)鉛(qian)(qian)工業(ye)的持(chi)續發展(zhan),必(bi)須使(shi)鉛(qian)(qian)金屬進入生(sheng)產———消費———再(zai)生(sheng)的良性循環(huan),這是一(yi)個可持(chi)續發展(zhan)的戰略問題。
(2)回收(shou)再(zai)生鉛(qian)可節約能(neng)源(yuan)。據統(tong)計分析報導(dao):國外再(zai)生鉛(qian)較原生鉛(qian)節能(neng)35.7%,而國內節能(neng)也有25.1%-31.4%。
(3)回收(shou)再生鉛(qian)可(ke)保護環境。以每年再生鉛(qian)1萬(wan)t 計算,若采用(yong)(yong)鉛(qian)柵、鉛(qian)膏混(hun)合土爐冶煉,又無收(shou)塵設(she)施,全年就有近1300t鉛(qian)蒸汽排入(ru)大(da)氣,棄(qi)渣高(gao)達0.44萬(wan)t,嚴重浪費資源以及污染(ran)環境。由此可(ke)見(jian),采用(yong)(yong)先(xian)進(jin)技術回收(shou)鉛(qian)錠和利用(yong)(yong)先(xian)進(jin)工藝生產(chan)黃丹(dan)或紅丹(dan),建立一(yi)定規模(mo)的再生鉛(qian)綜(zong)合利用(yong)(yong)工業既(ji)必要且潛(qian)力很(hen)大(da),有著(zhu)巨大(da)的現實意義(yi)。
