北京(jing)萊金源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)開發了印染行(xing)業基于“資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利用(yong)(yong)、能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)及廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)”的(de)(de)印染廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理及回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)綜合技(ji)術。l堿減量廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)/PVA退漿廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)集成(cheng)膜(mo)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)化預處理技(ji)術針(zhen)對高濃(nong)度堿減量及PVA退漿廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量水(shui)(shui)(shui)質特點,采用(yong)(yong)集成(cheng)膜(mo)工藝,實現TA、PVA的(de)(de)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)和(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)。廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)先經預過濾后進入集成(cheng)膜(mo)過濾系(xi)統,在壓力的(de)(de)驅動下,進行(xing)TA的(de)(de)濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)分離與堿、水(shui)(shui)(shui)分離,透過液(ye)主(zhu)要為濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)堿液(ye)與回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)液(ye)經酸析后回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)高純TA或PVA。

高溫(wen)廢(fei)水(shui)熱(re)(re)泵(beng)能(neng)源(yuan)回(hui)收技術高溫(wen)染色廢(fei)水(shui)溫(wen)度約60-90℃,如直接(jie)排入廢(fei)水(shui)處理系統(tong),不(bu)但影響生物處理效果,而且浪費能(neng)源(yuan)。采用污水(shui)源(yuan)熱(re)(re)泵(beng)技術回(hui)收廢(fei)水(shui)中的熱(re)(re)能(neng),可實現節能(neng)降溫(wen),一舉兩得。污水(shui)源(yuan)熱(re)(re)泵(beng)系統(tong)能(neng)源(yuan)回(hui)收的原理是將污水(shui)作為提(ti)取和儲存能(neng)量的熱(re)(re)源(yuan),利用熱(re)(re)泵(beng)系統(tong),把熱(re)(re)廢(fei)水(shui)中低位熱(re)(re)能(neng)“提(ti)取”出來制取熱(re)(re)水(shui)或為空調(diao)系統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)能(neng)量。

綜合印染廢(fei)水(shui)高效生化—物化二級處理(li)(li)工藝開(kai)發了(le)高效厭(yan)氧水(shui)解+A/O高效生化處理(li)(li)+混凝沉(chen)淀(氣(qi)浮(fu))處理(li)(li)工藝,使(shi)處理(li)(li)出水(shui)達到《污水(shui)綜合排(pai)放標準》(GB8978-96)一(yi)級排(pai)放標準,工藝成(cheng)熟,穩定可靠。

■全自動化(hua)控制,運(yun)行(xing)安(an)全可靠(kao),操(cao)作管理(li)方(fang)便。系統采用(yong)(yong)具有獨特結(jie)構的中空纖維(wei)膜(mo)組件和(he)高效氣-液混(hun)合(he)反洗工(gong)藝(yi)技術,模塊化(hua)結(jie)構設計,可連續、自動、穩定(ding)地(di)運(yun)行(xing)。膜(mo)分離脫鹽(yan)(yan)系統借(jie)助膜(mo)的選擇截留作用(yong)(yong),將原(yuan)水(shui)中的溶解鹽(yan)(yan)類、有機(ji)物及膠(jiao)體等(deng)雜質去(qu)除,以(yi)獲得高質量的脫鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui),其脫鹽(yan)(yan)率(lv)高于97%,從而達到純(chun)化(hua)水(shui)質的目的。脫鹽(yan)(yan)過程無相變,無需加熱,工(gong)藝(yi)過程簡(jian)單,能耗低,操(cao)作控制容易。
