旋混曝氣器的構造與曝氣特點

目(mu)前旋混曝(pu)氣器(qi)制作(zuo)材質采用工(gong)程塑(su)料ABS,通過模具注塑(su)成形(xing)。成形(xing)的(de)曝(pu)氣器(qi)的(de)氧利用率、阻力損(sun)失、動力消耗等(deng)的(de)好壞,直接與旋混曝(pu)氣器(qi)的(de)內部結構息(xi)息(xi)相關,也直接關系到(dao)污水好氧生(sheng)物處理廠運(yun)行成本(ben)的(de)高低(di)。  

常規(gui)旋(xuan)混曝氣(qi)器(qi)將(jiang)(jiang)氣(qi)管(guan)中(zhong)氣(qi)體(ti)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)特(te)(te)(te)殊(shu)的(de)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing)將(jiang)(jiang)氣(qi)泡以(yi)旋(xuan)流(liu)(liu)的(de)形(xing)(xing)式釋(shi)放出來,并通(tong)過(guo)(guo)與曝氣(qi)器(qi)上(shang)的(de)鋸(ju)齒(chi)狀結(jie)構碰(peng)撞(zhuang)將(jiang)(jiang)大氣(qi)泡削減為小氣(qi)泡,再在擴散(san)盤的(de)作用(yong)下(xia)擴散(san)到水(shui)體(ti)中(zhong),使水(shui)體(ti)獲(huo)得大量的(de)溶解氧(yang)。而(er)從(cong)特(te)(te)(te)殊(shu)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing)釋(shi)放出來的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)至鋸(ju)齒(chi)狀結(jie)構,距離較短,從(cong)而(er)瞬間完(wan)成切(qie)割氣(qi)泡;鋸(ju)齒(chi)狀頂盤開有(you)少量細小圓孔(kong),部(bu)分(fen)氣(qi)體(ti)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)小孔(kong)穿過(guo)(guo)頂盤,直線上(shang)升,存(cun)在盤面未(wei)開孔(kong)處(chu)的(de)死區;特(te)(te)(te)殊(shu)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing)釋(shi)放出的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)帶動(dong)特(te)(te)(te)殊(shu)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing)外(wai)部(bu)液(ye)體(ti)向上(shang)涌動(dong),曝氣(qi)器(qi)外(wai)部(bu)液(ye)體(ti)從(cong)特(te)(te)(te)殊(shu)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing)外(wai)底部(bu)進(jin)行回流(liu)(liu)補充,形(xing)(xing)成循環(huan)液(ye)體(ti)流(liu)(liu),但常規(gui)旋(xuan)混曝氣(qi)器(qi)形(xing)(xing)成循環(huan)液(ye)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)較短,循環(huan)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),氣(qi)液(ye)接觸時(shi)間較短,為提高氧(yang)利用(yong)率(lv)埋下(xia)伏筆。  

結(jie)合常規旋(xuan)混(hun)曝氣(qi)(qi)器的(de)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)特性進(jin)(jin)行結(jie)構(gou)(gou)改(gai)進(jin)(jin),將鋸齒(chi)頂盤中心(xin)圍繞曝氣(qi)(qi)芯(xin)開具螺旋(xuan)細小通(tong)道(dao),解決盤面(mian)(mian)死區(qu)現象;增加氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)接(jie)觸面(mian)(mian)積,擴大(da)特殊孔(kong)徑與鋸齒(chi)狀外(wai)部的(de)循環流路徑,加大(da)鋸齒(chi)盤面(mian)(mian)與特殊孔(kong)徑的(de)距離,構(gou)(gou)成新(xin)型改(gai)進(jin)(jin)旋(xuan)混(hun)曝氣(qi)(qi)器。
