旋風水膜
旋風水膜應用廣泛,如圖所示。噴霧沿切線噴向塔壁,使壁面形成一層很薄的不斷下流的水膜。含塵氣體由塔體下部導入,旋轉上升,塵顆粒在離心力作用下甩向壁面后為水膜所粘附,沿壁面流下排走。
旋風水膜的氣體人口速度范圍為15~45m/s,入口速度高,除塵效率高,但通過除塵器的阻力增加,一般壓降為0.5~1.5kPa,耗水量為0.5~1.5L/m3。旋風除塵器適用處理煙氣量大和含塵濃度高的場合,常作為除塵脫硫的第一級除塵裝置,由于煙氣溫度高,洗滌過程中進行絕熱增濕使煙氣溫度下降,有利于濕式脫硫及脫硫中耐腐蝕材質的選用。
當含塵煙氣進入洗滌塔后由導向葉片使氣流高速旋轉,并與噴頭噴霧的堿性脫硫液體接觸,如側噴離心脫硫除塵器。由于脫硫為二個理論級。所以采用二級旋流器;為使氣液分離,采用擴大分離段直徑,降低煙氣流速;堿性液體側噴,使塔壁面潤濕,有利于除塵。

n)隔(ge)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),即(ji)(ji)閃(shan)(shan)(shan)絡(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)頻率(lv)(lv)。通常(chang)把除塵(chen)效率(lv)(lv)最(zui)高(gao)時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“火花(hua)率(lv)(lv)”稱(cheng)作(zuo)(zuo)“最(zui)佳火花(hua)率(lv)(lv)”。
