企業發展廢棄物衍生燃料之策略分析
近年(nian)(nian)(nian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)短缺(que)以(yi)(yi)(yi)及全(quan)球溫(wen)(wen)(wen)室效應日(ri)趨(qu)嚴重(zhong),全(quan)球能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)使用上面臨能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)耗(hao)竭與(yu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)室效應兩(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)因(yin)(yin)此(ci)各國尋(xun)找(zhao)替(ti)代能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)以(yi)(yi)(yi)解(jie)決(jue)這(zhe)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),其(qi)中(zhong)再(zai)生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)為國際(ji)間(jian)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)重(zhong)點。本(ben)研究應(ying)用Weihrich(1982)所(suo)提出之TOWS 分析(xi)方法,針對(dui)企業(ye)發展(zhan)廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)衍(yan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)燃料(liao)(Refuse Derived Fuel, RDF)進行策略(lve)分析(xi)與(yu)探(tan)(tan)討,并以一(yi)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)(ji)個(ge)案(an)公司(si)(si)發展(zhan)廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)衍(yan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)燃料(liao)專案(an),說(shuo)明此(ci)一(yi)方法之(zhi)運用。經(jing)由(you)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)案(an)(an)(an)(an)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)分析顯示(shi),此(ci)一方法發(fa)展(zhan)之策(ce)略,可(ke)為個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)案(an)(an)(an)(an)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)達(da)成(cheng)下(xia)(xia)列經(jing)濟效(xiao)益(yi): 1.個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)案(an)(an)(an)(an)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)使用(yong)(yong)RDF 與既(ji)有燃煤鍋(guo)爐混燒使用(yong)(yong),除(chu)可(ke)降低廢(fei)棄物(wu)(wu)處(chu)理成(cheng)本,亦可(ke)當作(zuo)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan)之(zhi)(zhi)替(ti)代(dai)品,降(jiang)低(di)地球環(huan)(huan)境(jing)污(wu)(wu)染及(ji)節(jie)(jie)省(sheng)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan)采(cai)購(gou)(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)本; 2.個案公司可(ke)(ke)(ke)節(jie)(jie)省(sheng)15,558 萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)元/年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)(zhi)廢(fei)棄物處理(li)(li)費(fei),亦(yi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)節(jie)(jie)省(sheng)15,370 萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)元/年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)(zhi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan)采(cai)購(gou)(gou),合計可(ke)(ke)(ke)達到30,928 萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)元/年,證明投(tou)資(zi)(zi)成(cheng)效(xiao)卓越。
